    The weight comes off as you continue to do what you're doing. It's hard to realize that one of the most impactful changes of the sleeve is when you eat correctly and less, this time weight comes...

    I do keep a water bottle (a lovely cherry red one) near me all day -- I sometimes put some lime (since sleeve can't tolerate lemon) in it -- because water just gets boring some days.

    What Kenyon and Sharon shared is what I've experienced. Except I did have one episode of actual vascular syncope that was just a random one-off. Otherwise dizzy is usually hydration for me.

    Agree with "just count protein, high quality carbs and water". I wouldn't deliberately "stretch" my stomach -- it will regulate itself.
