    I had surgery in June 2013. I started at 290 lbs and my lowest was 196 , I am now 216 lbs . I was a depressed individual before but now I am also more compulsive and anxious than before the surgery ....

    Protein first and then vegetables.

    No more than 4 ounces a meal , every 3 hours, 5 to 6 meals a day.

    Try and go on Pouch Diet for as long as you can to change your mind set and cravings.

    Then bring in the exercise part.

    The exercise may help you...
