    I had many many stalls especially the second year. It took me 2 years to reach my doc's goal. The reality is that only nutrition is not the key, you need to move more. That's what worked for me....

    It can be hard to figure out what's wrong when symptoms are not always apparent on tests results.
    Your glycemia could be good, what about ferritin level or more important potassium?...
