Re: 3 months out- setting a realistic goal

A healthy BMI was always my goal. I know some people don't believe in those charts, but I do. I'm in the healthy range but near the top. I'd love a little more "cushion." At 5' 4" my goal was 140...

    Re: Greetings

3 weeks? What is not going as well as you hoped/ You won't be losing much weight those first 3 weeks as your body is adjusting. If you are healthy and doing what you should, things are going great.

  16. Re: How did you handle aftercare if you had surgery in TJ?

My primary care physician is great, she knows all about the sleeve, what blood work to have when, etc. I would look around for a PCP who is knowledgable on bariatric surgery and you should be fine....
