    I was told that we can only absorb a protein shake that has whey protein isolate. I use About Time shakes. So far, I like the flavors.

    Tricare should be universal but my surgeon told me that some states cover the sleeve and some don't. In Colorado, Tricare wouldn't pay. I had to self pay.

    I did get hunger back around 2 months post op but it wasn't like it was before the sleeve. i just know I need to eat and then I am good for a few hours. It can get boring if you don't change up...

    At 10 days post op, I was fatigued like you are. My surgeon started me on puree foods early and that made all the difference for me. Speak to your doctor.
