Re: Cannot break a 1 1/2 year long plateau

I wish! I tried to explain that this board is made up of thousands of INDIVIDUALS who all have something that worked for them. Weight Watchers probably sounds crazy to most of the people here, but...

Re: Cannot break a 1 1/2 year long plateau

    Re: struggling!

I've had a bad shoulder since Christmas. I walk/hike. One doctor recommends shoulder replacement. I don't really know what to do. Sometimes it's OK AND other times super painful. I've tried...

Re: Cannot break a 1 1/2 year long plateau

Your daily meal plan sounds quite similar to mine. Sorry to say in Mexico you don't get any follow up. Do you have a Primary Care Physician who could help, even refer you to a nutritionist? My PCP...
  8. Re: Iím trying to view other people Comments and results before and after the surgery in Mexico

Enjoy! I learned so much here before surgery. I also enjoyed the youtube videos of people shrinking before my eyes. Ask any questions. It really is amazing...

    Re: Back At Goal!!!

It's exciting and scary at the same time. At WW Saturday a girl was talking about "when I reach goal" how great things will be. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no end point. No place you...

Re: 5 months out - plateau

If you are following all the sleeve rules (and it sounds like you're doing great!), just keep doing what you're doing. Stalls and fluctuations are totally normal. Looking over my journal in the...

    Re: Back At Goal!!!

Whoo hoo! I did it too today, goal of 130. Now I want to stay here for the rest of my life! That was about a 16 pound loss since February.

    So proud of US!
  19. Re: 5 years in and wondering if I should do a sleeve revision

Wow, I assume you're talking about me. You read all my posts and find me mean and condensing? I sincerely apologize, that was never my intention. I am not a mean person. My only reason to be here...

  21. Re: Anyone age 45+, 100+ lb weight loss, athletic, but not get cosmetic surgery?

I'm 5'3" (maybe and a half) and am working on maintaining at 130. That's typically a size 8 or small. Not super skinny but just right for me.

I think exercise helps tone the skin and build...
  22. Re: Anyone age 45+, 100+ lb weight loss, athletic, but not get cosmetic surgery?

Lost about 90 pounds almost 6 years ago. I'm now 62. Never wanted plastic surgery. I look fine in clothes and am too old for a bikini anyways! Not to mention it wouldn't be covered by insurance...

Re: How to Lose 10 pounds super fast

Didn't give up caffeine, gave up alcohol. I should start working on the caffeine now. I didn't have much in Africa, just one morning cup of coffee. There only Americans and Europeans drink coffee,...
  25. Re: SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT LIFE AT ALMOST 2 YEARS OUT (11 mo & 20 DAYS)

That is one amazing transformation! I don't think I'd ever seen your before picture. You look decades younger. I need to follow your example by eating less. Only meat or fish fill me up. Right...
