    Heat was my only relief as well. It is such a nagging pain the pain meds did not help at all. Heat was the only relief. My husband found this long bean filled thing that could be heated or chilled....

    Walk, walk and walk some more. Stay active. I followed south beach diet at my doctors orders. Walk again right after surgery. It really helps. Best of luck to you. Keep us posted.

    I was tender for a short time not any real pain. It hurt more coming out. I hope everything is ok. Maybe after a day or so you will feel better. If not I would let your dr know.
