I just had to go count, I'm 10 weeks post op and I'm almost always insanely happy. There's almost talk of "joy"... this is very different from life before surgery. I have my days where I'm moody, but...

Experimenting with calories has helped. My in-person support group held at the hospital suggested it (run by the nutritionist). The thought is that I'm not getting enough calories. I was averaging...

I'm new here. My starting/heaviest weight was 343, I was sleeved at 306.6. I'm apparently a slow loser averaging about 8-10 lbs a month since surgery. I THINK I know why but I'll keep trudging along...
