MAJOR CONGRATULATIONS!!!

This too will pass. I think I felt the same at the time period you are in. You are fed up and want to chewy something. I recommend frozen sugar free ice pops. Hang in there, it does get better! ...
Congrats on your surgery and all the best on your journey.
Congrats to the both of you. How wonderful to have the support of your spouse. I hope your journey continues well. All the best.
So glad for you. Having constipation is the worst. A WLS friend just went to the hospital because of it. Had to say something in case you didn't know that it could be a problem. All the best!
Something not mentioned - constipation from too much protein consumed at one time without sufficient fiber! I had this problem during the protein shake and soft food/protein shake days. Beware!
You look fantastic! Way to go and so inspirational! So glad for you!
Greg, great info. Thanks for sharing.
Gurl, you are singing to the choir! How great would that be if they did some snipping and tucking while doing the sleeve!!!
Congrats on your sleeve. After I had mine done, which also included a repaired hernia, I was sore but it lasted maybe 5 days. If you've never given birth or have had over operations, getting used...
Congrats on your surgery! The gas got better for me after 3 days. WALKING helped work the gas out. I highly recommend it. Also, though you probably know, don't drink out of bottles or straws, you...

Shirl, thanks for sharing this. Maybe you can post this or tag a string I started in the eating disorder forum. I'm trying to stock pile/consolidate this kind of information. I don't know how to...
Love your icon! Congrats on your procedure and all the best to you as you go through the various phases!
Welcome Chris! Congrats on your weight loss and on your up coming procedure. All the best to you on your journey.
Marta, good for you! My sister had a similar experience - lap band, it went bad had to have it out and is now considering the sleeve. The sleeve is a good tool and I highly recommend it.
All the...
Kristi,
You are an inspiration before surgery! Even though I'm not in a w-chair, my weight slowed down my activity to where I didn't want to get out of a chair because the movement hurt too much. ...
Congrats on your sleeve and I know how you feel - chumping at the bit! I was given the okay to start walking which really built up my stamina and strengthen muscles without putting my new stomach in...
I had my surgery in Maryland but many in this forum have been to Mexico and are very happy with the results. All the best to you!
I fully support your determination. Regarding the lap band, my surgeon won't perform lap bands because the success rate is very iffy. My sister had it and she's now looking at having the sleeve...
