Congrats!!!!
Congrats!!! What an accomplishment =)
I think you are doing great!!! I had my sleeve about 1 week before you and have lost over 50lbs. I have already thrown out so much of my clothes because it literally does not fit. I say be patient...
Congrats you look amazing!!! Gotta luv those Texans BTW!! =)
Oatmeal is fine, i had mashed potatoes, beans and sometimes i would just about blend anything I made for dinner. Just take it slow to see what your tummy will and will not like. Good luck.
I too have had several glasses of wine after surgery with no complications. Don't drink beer as that may stretch your pouch. Start off slowly and take it from there. Good Luck =)
Thx everyone!! Glad to know that I am not the only one struggling with this! Now to play around with all my options and see what works best! =)
It feels as if it takes an act of congress to go the restroom. I go maybe once a week and when I do it takes all day. I have to know what you guys are doing to have regular bowel movements or do...
Congrats!!!
Well I am please to say that I finally hit the TWO's!!! 299.2 and even though my journey is long I am happy to see the scale moving! I know the sleeve is not the answer and that it is only a tool but...
Thx Linda will do!
I think it is normal to feel that way because we have failed at so many diets! Trust me it will come off you just have to stay focused and make all the right healthy decisions. Stay positive =)
I know, but a drink every now and then shouldn't hurt =)
Did your buzz last long or did it fade away pretty fast?
See Ihave heard that the beer does more damage because of the foam which I perfer a nice cold beer but since I am 1 month pre-op I think I stick to the wine. Thanks!
My surgery was April 20th and I was invited to have some wine tomorrow and I was just wondering how everyone did on their first experience? I will not attempt to have more than 1 glass but has anyone...
Wow that is great!!! Congrats
Thanks for sharing, I was considering having my first drink this weekend for Mother's Day but you are right maybe it is to soon to start drinking.
