That's so very true Grace...since Christmas i haven't lost a large amount of weight, and when getting pain thought it was hunger pains...also been eating loads but couldn't explain it, now back...

I was in hospital for 10 days, and off work for 6 months due to problems afterwards...If i was you, i would book 2 weeks off just in case!!!

I have never ever had protein shakes, and apart from my hair thinning i'm alright.
The only thing i have, and always had are my medication...pain killers, vitiams, iron tabs and ones that help me...
