Is this normal?
We bond when we exercise. :)
Together with my brother we start the day with running at 5am, and then I have to work at 8am.
Now, I incorporated running in fasting
Now, I my blood sugar is normal. :)
It reapplies helped me control my weight and be focused.
In fact, I lost 10 kgs since last year when I found out I am borderline diabetic. :)
Fasting is great I have been following a doctor on Youtube who backs this practice.
I don't eat breakfast and run so far it's okay. More energized than ever. :)
Wow! Been running for a few weeks now and it has never been better! Is fasting okay with it?
