    WOW - What a difference a week makes. At 7 days, I was down 14 pounds for a 2 lb per day average. Since then, the weight loss has come to all but a screeching halt.... I'm only down barley 4...

    7 Days post-op. I am down 13 pounds as of this morning from my surgery date and 25 pounds overall. I'm very much pleased with the progress and I think the 2 pound per day average is amazing.

    Thanks for the encouragement. The recliner is not a bad option, but it's the transition getting up or down that's hard. I rigged up some ropes on the bed posts that helped me up and down.
