Also I couldn’t stand the chicken broth. I did better drinking the liquid off of chicken noodle soup. Was a lot more flavorful.
6 days out I couldn’t walk a mile. I find I have good days and not so good days. I try to stay moving as much as I feel comfortable.

I think I just had normal itching. But I stay away from hydrocortisone. It will have me up itching all night and everywhere.
