I am 9 months out and need to lose 30 pounds but I am not losing weight anymore. Does anyone know how to restart the weight loss this far out?

Thanks everyone. I am by no means ready to walk 4 miles a day. It's the planner in me that wants to know about exorcising. Right now I walk down the street and back a couple of times a day.

If your insurance is through work you could also ask your HR department to call BCBS. That is what I had to do. I was told 30 days but it was more like 7 to 10.
