I like Carb Smart Chocolate Ice Cream. I so miss Ice Cream, so this really helps. I just have less than 1/2 c and it does the trick.

I have begun to nibble on Cucumber chunks and Grape Tomatoes. It my current "candy" and a lot healthier than the real thing.

What really helped me was before I would diet down 15 or so pounds, take it easy for a day or two, and gain back 5 - 10 pounds again.
