    I just had my surgery on the 12th, don't beat yourself up, I understand how you feel, been home since Saturday have lost 1 lb, I did protein last night and a pound came off. I not sure but i believe...

    I didn't fly because I live in So Cal, I asked to be taken to a Denny's by the airpot to meet my husband, they couldn't have been more accommodating. They were as nice as can be. Good luck

    Well had my sleeve done on May 12th, started at 202 on surgery date, when I got home I was at 198, that was Saturday, still there! Any suggestions or am I just to impatient. I am doing sugar free...
