Congrats. I am ready to be below 200 and in onderland.
I'm not real good at getting in my water, thanks for the tip. I will try tomorrow.
Congrats and good luck tomorrow. I'm sure you will do fine.
That's not too unusual. It took me about 10 - 12 days to feel normal. Stay on your pain meds, it will get better.
It's not bad. They just ask you question about your life style, support group, and I had to take a personality test.
Yes, I get it every now and then. Mainly after I eat too fast or too much, and drinking my protein shakes. Try eating slower.
Congratulations on the weight lose.
Welcome and good luck. Hopefully you will be able to have the sleeve.
I never really felt full when I was on the liquid part of my post-op. I could have jello, pudding, shakes, but never really felt like I had enough to be full until I got to pureed.

I had my sleeve on 12/11 and had a hernia as well. I haven't had any bad food inheritances yet. Did you by change eat your eggs and grits to fast. I've noticed that if I eat just a little to...
Congratulations and good luck Monday. You will do great.
Good job on the increased exercise. I just started light weights myself.
Good news. I'm happy for you. Can't want to see you on the loser's bench.
Welcome. Good luck on your upcoming date.
welcome aboard
Thanks, and don't fret, it will start falling off soon, so I've been told.
