Well today was day 1 of the 5 day pouch test man it is hard I'm going drink some water and a protein shake and go to bed hopefully tomorrow will be easier

I have Cigna and I submitted my claim April 30 and the denied it on may 5 because my PCP needed to submit a letter of reccomendation so I got that all done in a week resubmitted and Cigna approved it...
