Can you anyone give me suggestions? Are there any sugar free yogurts?
If not can you give me some suggestions for low sugar...

Mine is 1 week from today! I'm nervous and excited too!

I know this is a common side effect - but I'm still worried about it because it will still suck - even if we are getting smaller at the same time :)
I was curious if anyone has ever started using...

I've noticed that most people have said their stay was 2-5 nights - I'm not sure I'm even staying overnight.
I'm sure I'll find out at my pre-op visit next week but I thought I'd ask those...
