I wore stretch pants so they would not affect my stomach.
I have hair pieces sewn into my own braided hair. My hairstyle is a short bob which I pin up in a wrap at night wearing a silk bonnet. That seems to helps me keep my style including when I work out.
I can't drink water by itself anymore which is so weird. Warm water is disgusting and I could never see myself trying drinking it everyday.
I carried cash and received a $100 discount that was offered by the coordinator. I was nervous carrying that much money around so I kept it on my person and wore my Spanx to keep it from moving...
Congratulations. I hoping to reach the 140's before the end of the year.
Thank you for asking the question. I was wondering the same thing.

Yeah that sounds familiar. I have small veins and the nurses couldn't get a good vein. Before my surgery they stuck me 6 times. Then the next day they had to stick me "AGAIN" because the original...

You can do it. I promise this will be the best decision you ever made.
Every diet pill and WLS program on the face of the earth. I even paid $9800 for SmartLipo to have fat melted from my hips thighs, and back. What I have paid over the years would have probably paid...
Definitely recommend staying off the scale. I weight myself when I got home on Monday then weight myself again because I'm one week post op and didn't see a big difference. I wasn't sure what I...
I was able to begin drinking protein shakes on my fourth day post op. Off course it takes me all day to drink one but I eventually can get it down. My only problem is the water I keep forgetting to...
I found some interesting recipes on Pinterest linked to another site called Bariatric Foodie and Eggface. I can't try any of them since I'm only a week post op but I can't hardly wait to cook meals...
I just came back from there. What questions do you have?
Are you still in Mexico? I'm going home tomorrow.
You should watch a YouTube video By Matthew Weiner he mentions something something similar in one of his video. He has several videos on YouTube but the one I am thinking about has to do with...
I'm online looking for bariatric vitamins and a good cookbooks to follow for my long term goals does anyone have any suggestions?
I think it depends on your starting weight. When I was going to the first doctor my Pre-Op Diet was for seven days when I switched to another doctor and I was under 200 pounds my Pre-Op Diet is for...
