Yes I am tracking. I have stayed under my daily points, not intentional just can't eat anymore by the end of day.

Flavor your ice with some crystal light put back in freezer than eat with a spoon. Helps get rid of that crunch crave.
I would say age & genes have a lot to do with our skin. I will be 50 soon. I am 1 year out & my legs are the worst. My insurance did not pay for my surgery so they sure will not pay for any plastics....
All I have been doing is walking. I use myfitnesspal to track. I weight my food eat protein first & drink plenty of water. Just stick to the plan and it will work.

Have you heard of PB2? I haven't tried it but I have read several peeps say they use this in place of PB.
I don't think PB would be counted as a liquid. I had some of the Jif whipped PB it is not...

All I had on was my socks!!
I did not have a catheter so once I went back to my room I put on my pj bottoms
The pre op diet was for the birds!!! I did manage to get through all 2 weeks of it. The 3rd & 4th day were the worst for me after that it became easier.

I was able to have egg smashed up on my puree week. Do you like refried beans? they are good with sour cream blended.
We have 2 of those places here Orange Leaf and Bing Cherry. The cups are huge.

I feel like I am not doing something right. I have lost 12 lbs since surgery 28lbs total counting pre op. I really thought I should of loss more in 3 weeks after surgery.
I am on mushy food stage...
