    Yep stalls happen and they are a pain.
    Just make sure that you are still following your surgeons plan and all will be ok.

    Walking for 45 mins 1 month after major surgery after not doing much exercise over that month is quite ambitious. :-)

    Drinking more water will help with the hunger but also try and distract yourself. Go for a walk, read a magazine, phone a friend, post on here...…
    I find I want to eat more if I am idle/bored etc.

    Everyone looses at different rates....and it can be soooo frustrating to hit stalls when you know that you have been doing everything right.

    Everyone above has said it all really.

    I did find that I really didn't fancy the junk type food and my body was craving all the things that I needed to eat. Chicken is still a favourite.
