Those of us who are having veggies, protein bars, etc. are on the diet that comes BEFORE the 2-week liquid diet that our Dr. has put us on.

You're gonna make it! Just take it one meal at a time...

I make all of my shakes with unsweetened almond milk because I am lactose intolerant - don't have any issues!
