    I'll be 2 yrs out the end of May and I've noticed an increase in barfing up that thick, white foamy stuff, and slimey mucous bubbles.

    I'm a little more than 1 1/2 yrs out and I still have the fear of failing. Studies show that people start gaining weight after about 2 yrs post surgery and that's coming up the end of May for me. ...

    I'm about 1 1/2 yrs post op. I drink anywhere from 3-6 10-oz coffees/day. (I didn't drink that much right after surgery, though....)

    From a physiologic standpoint, I don't understand how the bypass would help with ulcers/gastritis/GERD....maybe by allowing food to pass out of the stomach quickly, without going through the pyloris...
