Not true at all. You can't predict what can happen a year from now and I don't have any regrets. I make decisions that are best for me. What worked out for you may not be a good option for me.

I'm going to miss soda a lot lol. I cut out a lot of soda. I used to drink about 3-4 a day. Now I might have one once or twice a week. I hope after this surgery I can still drink a pop occasionally...

Ofcourse I'm not happy with a BMI of 40 or I wouldn't even be on this site. I want to simply be more confident and happy rather than being insecure about my weight constantly.. hiding from the world...

What differences do you notice about your body since you had the surgery? Some people have told me about dramatic hair loss, body odors, bad breathe and severe diaria (I know I spelled that wrong)....
