Yes I had potato soup broth.

It seems like right after I have my soup I immediately start sweating, and I feel nauseous. Is this normal? This just started yesterday.

Besides the headaches, Im doing ok. Had a couple "Muscle Milk" Protein shakes, one for breakfast and one for lunch. Came home from work and had some applesauce and a yogurt, trying hard to drink lots...
