  3. Re: Seven Years Anniversary--10 Things I've learned.

Thank you so much for your kind words. One thing I learned from Weight Watchers (WW) is to be kind to yourself. That is my suggestion to you. Be kind to yourself. To get those stubborn pounds...

Welcome to the forum! Good luck on your surgery. Just follow the guidelines from your bariatric team. Do what they tell you to and you will be successful!

    Re: Newbie

Totally agree with Sharon. It is too early for you to be changing up what your bariatric team has determined--a plan that works. Here's my analogy: Would you give a three week old baby a can of...

Re: Hello! One week away from VSG.

I think the main thing is to have your head in the right place post surgery. Continue to remember the reasons why you want to have this surgery. Follow the guidelines from your bariatric team and...

I was 50 when I had my sleeve. I still say it is the single, best thing that I have done in my life. There are so many positives to having this surgery and not many negatives. I didn't have hair...

Re: Getting In My Own Way

You have to have a strong talk with yourself and figure out why in the world you would go through the drama of this surgery and then sabotage yourself. You are still too early out to feel this way. ...

Re: New here and need support

Have you done your research, have you selected a surgical team? You need to be comfortable with your medical team. Once you've done that, its natural to be nervous, but it's a great new way of life...
