I was sleeved on 10/25 and was regular on my period before hand however im almost a week late? No chance of being pregnant tubes have been tied for over a year.. Is this normal??

I had my surgery 10-25 and ive been doing fine... 15lbs gone already BUT having issues with getting all my fluids.. And im completely turned away from food.. I dont want to eat anything?? Any ideas??
