Since I have "fat liver disease" like many obese patients (run in the family, I had it even before being obese) being strict with the pre-op diet did help a lot and my liver was not damaged. Focusing on that aspect, did help me a lot on doing my 2 weeks pre-op liquid/protein diet. The worth was the first three days, but after that it was fine. You can do it!!!
