My only advice is to keep doing what you're doing.
They body is smart, and will make adjustments throughout your journey. If you find you are being true to diet and exercise, the results should come.
If you are still at a stand still in a few weeks, concern should be had for the plan. Until then, try to stay positive, and keep on trucking!
I had a stall in the 280's. I was pretty sure that was the smallest I would ever get. It was about 6 weeks if memory servers.

yes, it's very normal. It happens to a lot of people right at 3 weeks.
As long as your pureed food isn't ice cream, you're probably fine. :)

They call it the 3 week stall ( as Ann says, it's even on Google!)
Put your scales away for a bit if its messing with you but do not fear, you are not a freak of nature and you will lose wight! True story :-)

Most people hit a stall between weeks 2 and 5 sometimes with week 3 being the most common and hence it is the notorious Three Week Stall. It has a name and everything. You are probably still losing inches. Just keep following the plan.
