Most of the days I'm anxious because of my physical health but with all the reports about VOVID-19 recently, I am so stressed out that I question what I'm actually doing. I mean, it feels like this virus is coming to get us all, so what's the point of suffering and trying to get by day by day. Am I losing it? Help, talk to me, please.
I think it's normal to feel depressed at times especially with the situation around us. Just enjoy life and keep on taking it day by day.
How are you feeling? This pandemic has gotten most of us mentally. But hang in there as this too shall pass.
Get vaccinated if you still haven't gotten it. Stay safe and well. We'll get through this.
