The protein I use for smoothies is Max Protein. You can purchase it at GNC
or online.

This is really great stuff!

I just got mine in the mail yesterday!! Love it! I ordered from the website above. You can get 20% off at that website if you use eggface2010 as your coupon. Recommend viewing that website too for shake recipes and other stuff (theworldaccordingtoeggface.com). I also bought the sugar-free Torani flavoring (like at Starbucks). These can add zest to bland meals. Love the Max protein!!

You can order sample sizes of protien that come from SEI from a site called great protien dot com. I read another blog that this woman buys in bulk from SEI and resells it. This might help those that dont want to jump in before they have tasted the goods!

My husband and I went to GNC yesterday since today was my first day to add protein shakes. We ended up buying AMP (Advanced Muscle Performance). It has 60 grams of protein but the calories are a little high at 280 per serving. I like vanilla flavor, but we did end up buying the chocolate also for my husband. He needs the energy with his little 5'11" frame at 185 lbs. soaking wet! LOL :) He has been very helpful since I came home from Mexico.

Just made my best shake yet! I'm 5 days out and already wondering how I'm going to make it another 9 days on this full liquid phase! Anyway, back to the shake. I added about a cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 4 oz skim milk, 1 scoop of chocolate classic Unjury protein mix, 1 tsp Truvia sweetner, 1 TBS Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Fudge Instant pudding mix. Blended in my personal blender and wow! It was good! A rich, fudgey pineapple taste. This alone will get me through another few days!
