9 weeks. When does center chest, stomach loosen up? Just a little!

I hope to help in future. Newbie here!

At 9 weeks healing. My surgeon said healing is mostly completed.


Some observations to share,

1. Major tightness continues in middle chest and stomach

2. Had acid reflux. Prevacid helped alot! Manageable

3. Have slight sharp pain at large lapro left incision site


Solutions and questions

#1. Center chest and stomach major tightness

When does this major tightness subside? 3 months? 6 months? 1 year?

#2. Happy with Prevacid. Very effective.

#3. Sharp pain at left lapro site

Checked with Doc. Scar tissue. Solution was yoga stretching and light sit-ups. It's slowly disappearing!

Any advice and experience on #1?
