A spouse who goes with you, where do they sleep at while you are in the hospital?
When you stay in the hospital, do they have a place, bed, ect for your spouse to sleep there?

Usually in the recliner in the room

Some hospitals have a roll away bed they can bring in. Check with the hospital. Some hospitals encourage family to go home at night so they don’t have a place for anyone to sleep so using your recliner is all there is. Good luck with your surgery.

I wanted my husband to go home to get sleep. the hospital would have brought in a cot, but that was not necessary when he had a perfectly good bed at home. Plus the nurses & doctor take great care of you....
