Re: Anyone using TESPO Vitamin Pods?
I do the ProCare Health bariatric multivitamins with iron. You can order them online or they are carried at some local stores. (I think my hospital got them in the stores). They have a tiny chewable for early on, and capsule which I take now. Just one a day so very easy. The only other thing I cake is calcium citrate with vitamin D.
Re: Anyone using TESPO Vitamin Pods?
Thank you,
I will call them or see if sprouts has that brand... one a day much better than all the bottles I have now
Re: Anyone using TESPO Vitamin Pods?
See I have seen the TESPO ads and have wondered about them. I am worried they would taste bad and it would be a waste for me because I wouldn't take them if they tasted nasty. Although they claim to have a pleasant taste. Define pleasant. LOL.
