If you are like me, and if you are logging your dietary calories and you take your multivitamins and supplements religiously, make sure you account for those calories they aren't much but they sure add up! Mine add up to 50+ calories daily!

I never thought about it like that
Out of curiosity I checked the calories in my vitamins. Not enough to worry about it. And right now I honestly don't track my calories. More concerned with protein consumption.
