Water Consumption and Exercise post sleeve

Hi all,
I'm in the early stages of committing to a sleeve. I've got appointments booked and possible surgery on Dec 16th.

I'm pretty nervous about it.

My greatest concerns is a bit of a strange one. Despite being significantly overweight, I actually do quite a lot of intense exercise.

I also perspire quite a lot while working out.

I guess my question is two-fold:

- How long post surgery could you exercise intensely?

- Will I be able to drink enough water to stay hydrated during a session?
