I also drank Slim Fast Low Carb Shakes. You can purchase them at the store. Here is a link to see the picture of the packaging. I used to divide one up through out the day, now I can put a straw in it and drink half and then later the other half.

Blinky, I am not sure. I haven't found an unflavored protein powder yet. I do know some people have done this, so maybe they will reply and also give us suggestions for a good unflavored protein powder.

Over at the Bariatriceating.com site they have a product called PURE. It's a great protein powder to add to foods and drinks. It is completely tasteless when mixed. I love it.

They are out of it right now, but I put myself on the mailing list to be notified when it's in stock again. I have been looking for a good unflavored protein!

I have been drinking Super Whey Protein Shots since before my surgery. I have found them in grape and fruit punch flavors at the grocery store and at Walmart, and they are not bad. They are supposed to be for recovery after exercise, but I drink them anytime during the day. They each have 26 g of protein, so it helps a lot to have at least one during the day.
My husband and I like to make homemade soup, so the PURE Unflavored protein sounds like a good thing for us---I'm going to look into it. Thanks!

I like my vanilla protein shake with skim milk, equal, and a splash of vanilla extract! They taste just like a milk shake. If you ever loved coke floats, try some flat diet coke- very very flat, after surgery, no carbonation at all or kaboom!
