Hi all, I am brand new to this forum but 11years out. I need to get back to the basics I feel like crap daily and I need to take this all back before I get sick... I’m open to diets, what are you guys eating daily? What vitamins are you taking???? Please tell me all!!

Hey there! Welcome to the forum. As per diet, I eat all fruits and vegies as much as possible. I drink veggie smoothies, too. Banana in the morning and sometimes boiled egg. As per vitamins, I take complete multivitamins.

Hi there. Lots of fruit and vegetables and thinking positively helps a lot. Avoid stressing yourself out because stress is a big factor for all illnesses.
