Just wanted to let you know that I'VE GOT MY SLEEVE DATE!!!!!:) Thursday, 17th July at Spire Manchester!:) Am mad busy from now until the day before D-Day but really want to hit the ground running and do anything I can pre-op to help myself get good results. Has anyone any helpful hints on things to do before the big day?
