Pre-Op - Day 3

So I started my pre-op diet and it's been....a little rough, a little draining with a whole bunch of repetitiveness. I'm on a all liquid sf diet with 4 shakes a day. I am allowed 8 oz of skim milk (*which I hate) and 5 oz of a low sugar low carb yogurt, which I welcome every morning.

Thoughts for day 3....too many liquids. How in the world am I going to make it to Day 14? :rolleyes:

Any tips on how to just make it through the day? :D

Anyone else on their pre-op diet these days? :cool:

Of course the plus side is I'm on day 3 of my pre-op diet and already down 6lbs :)

Every Pre op diet is different. My pre- op diet was for 2 weeks and I had two shakes one for breakfast and one for lunch the a lean and green meal. the lean and green meal consisted of 6 oz of lean meat and 1 and half cup of veggies. I felt horrible for 4 days and then it felt better. So you are on a 14 day liquid diet only?

Yup. Im just feeling out of it today. I'm hoping it will pass by tomorrow or the weekend so that I can function properly.

I was on a 2 week all protein shakes and I had to start it on DEC 23. really... So I had a small bit of something Christmas eve, back to all liquids on Christmas day. Then on New Years Eve we had a gathering and it was about sushi...I enjoyed.
I lost 13 LBS for y surgery day and my doctor said my liver was fantastic :)` Yeah!

Omg don't tell me that because now I'm going to want to eat something and think it's ok. :(
