DutchSleeve, thank you for sharing this. My weight seems to "want" to stay between 126-130. I'm okay with that. I prefer the 126 range (I know, its just a number...) but it makes me feel like I finally hit the "chart" weight of my youth. Silly silly silly.
My clothes fit fine either way, and I think that and my energy level are my best markers. I have a large rib cage, and my ribs sit very close to my hip bones, so no "wasp" waist ever. I like being a rectangle person :)

This is why I still track and log everything I eat.
