i just noticed that ive got a few random black and blues on my stomach. i dont think they were there as of yesterday. and of course i couldve somehow done something to myself without realizing it. but i cant imagine what or how, could it be from something internal? ive got my first follow up tomorrow morning. thanks
Well the doc can explain tomorrow but some people just take longer to bruise than others and bruising is not unusual after surgery. They do a lot of poking and pushing and pulling, things can get bruised. Hope you feel better soon!
While i was in the hospital they were giving me shots in my belly to prevent clotting and i didn't bruise right away, i think 2 weeks later one of the spots bruised up. Don't worry to much about it, this is temporary and will fade quickly!! :)

I had one that came up around my belly button a few weeks ago - I think it's just healing and takes longer for some people. :)
Mine were from the belly shots, too.
