I dont know, but today was week 3, and I did not lose last week, so hopefully i lose this week, I dont think I should have a stall this soon.
Did you just start eating different foods? Anything salty? I'm thinking water weight or constipation. (sorry if tmi).
Yes new foods, but I am causious of keeping salt down, so I think I should be ok. Maybe a bit of constipation, but mine are usually not a problem...sorry for TMI too
I'm having the same problem!! Today is exactly 3 wks since my surgery and as of Saturday I had lost 20lbs. Today I weighed myself and I've gained 4 lbs. I drink 2 shakes a day, plenty of water and only 400-500 cal of food per day usually consisting of fish and cottage cheese. This is ridiculous and very discouraging.
i had that happen to me last week sort of - one day got down 190 then back up to 194 and couldnt budge but then slowly 1 lb came off and then the next day all three so now i am at 190 for 2 days. this might be too much info but i was sort of needing a BM and that sort of helped me get unstuck in more ways then 1. also i found by eating more - above 800 but below a 1000 might have done somthing too
I am just over 2 weeks out, lost 14lbs and been stalled for a few days now. Sorry if TMI, but I started my period yesterday and it lasted about an hour and then gone so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Also, I've been so lethargic the last few days!
I did the EXACT same thing, ladies. I gained four pounds and kept it on for about 3 weeks, I think. And then it started melting off--I lost the four pounds I'd gained and then another 5 or 6 and then I stalled AGAIN. Now I've lost another 5 or 6 off that. So long as I lose easily during the times I'm NOT stalled, I think I'm okay.
