EMS after gastric sleeve

Hi all,

I just wanted to know if its safe to do EMS after gastric sleeve? and how long after. I tried it yesterday for all my body muscles except the stomach area and it felt great.

If you had surgery in December I'm sure you're fine for any exercise. I was cleared for anything at 2 weeks. (But I don't know what EMS is.)

There is no reason you couldn't. I don't know that I buy into all that EMS, though. I believe in the old fashioned versions of exercise. :)

I don't see why you couldn't. I agree with ^^^ There is no substitution for actual exercise!

Is it really some sort of electric muscle stimulation machine? Like you do that instead of exercise? Sounds nuts to me.
