There will be the occasional week where you won't see the scale move any if at all, not often, but it does happen. I've had that happen twice, once around 3 weeks out and once not long ago. One thing I did notice this past time was that I had been adding a few nuts into my diet when I hadn't been before. I stopped 'snacking' which is one of my biggest, slippery slopes and my body went back into losing mode. I do much better planning my 3 meals and then being done for day as a general rule. It's not always easy to do, but that is what has been working for me.

It’s great that you can see the positives.
After all...when was the last time you lost 12.5 lbs AND had a lowered BP all in one month?!?
Stalls happen. Your body is freaking out right now. This too shall pass ;-)

Great positive attitude! I would recommend only weighing yourself once a week, because early on you're going to see some stalls. And we want to keep that positivity going! You'll do great.

YES!!!! Also, look at it this way...when you lack of loss means nothing. Often even when you are not losing your body is changing. So you may be losing inches and shrinking just the same. Keep that positive attitude. It will serve you well along your journey!!
