I didn't need a note.
Are you hourly or salaried? Are you hoping to get paid time off? Sick time?
Are you taking leave you EARNED? If so, do you really need a reason to take leave?
I just started a week ago so I have nothing earned. I do not need it as paid time off. I need to do it soon or have to wait until after Xmas due to a leave freeze between thanksgiving and Xmas. I work retail.
Where are you on your journey? I know it varies from doctor to doctor, but my first visit with my doc was about 5 months ago. Are you realistically thinking you can have it done before thanksgiving?
Yes, because I am self pay.
