Hola everyone, I am 73 and have lived in Mexico for the last 22 years. In 2007, I had the bariatric sleeve surgery to lose weight so I could have a hip replacement. It was the best decision I ever made and my weight loss was great -- no problem keeping the weight off UNTIL Covid hit. Now, when I don't feel full I graze because I'm home almost all of the time.
I'm joining this forum in hopes of finding support and ideas to cope with my problem.

You’ve done so well to maintain for this long. I had my surgery 9 years ago and maintaining is so hard at times but especially hard at moment. I try to make sure I drink plenty of water during the day and I would try and have high protein things readily available if possible to munch on. I can graze so easily on carbs and it takes a lot to fill me up or satisfy me. The moment I try and eat anything high protein I’m stuffed. Good luck x
