Day 3 of pre op diet sleeve scheduled for tuesday 14th

Hi there everyone
First thing i would like to say is that by reading all the threads and the experiences people have been sharing it has really helped me getting my head round all of this. I am struggling with this diet but todayy is better than yesterday but i did cheat twice by having a spoonful of curry, but hopefully that wont affect my diet badly but i aim not have anything else other than that on my pre op diet now.

Is there any tips anyone has for pre op or post op I am really worried and cant even sleep at night but i need this op im 21 and 23.5 stone iv been fightinf my weight all my life :(

I'm on my pre-op diet now. I've been having jello, broth and water. I'm really hungry. We can do this!

Today is my last day to eat so i am right behind you. Going to take my laxative tonight at 12 am to get all that taken care of before i have to be at work at 3pm. Dont want to be worring about that away from home.

You ladies can do this! Stay busy and try not to think about food. I know, harder said than done. I'm 17 days post op and it was the best choice I've ever made! Best of luck and good bless to you all ❤

Squeeeee!!! I'm so excited! How did you do on the two week low carb, high protein diet? I didn't do well. I had a food funeral. Everyday I would bring something into the house. One day it was cookies, well there were a few days when cookie were brought in. I had doughnuts, chocolate candies, all kinds of crap and felt physically ill after eating that junk. I feel good today on my first day of liquids.

I actually only had to be on a liquid diet for 1 week. If I drink another slim fast ever, it'll be too soon lol I did well. I just kept picturing my scale as the digits kept getting lower!
